[Koha-translate] Translating offline using PO-file ?

Don't take it from Harley, Harley is not an official Koha release and
the file in there is very very out of date compared to the one in the
official git repository.

You can certainly get the file from
http://git.koha-community.org/gitweb/?p=koha.git;a=tree;f=misc/translator/po;

Or you can download it from pootle itself. If that doesn't work I can
email you the latest copy of the .po file. Whatever works the best for
you :)
