string changes will be pushed with the exception of blocker bugs
and/or security bugs.

On January 20, 2011, 3.2.x will enter a translation freeze, and .po
files will be pulled on January 22, 2011 just prior to the release of
3.2.3.

Immediately following the release of 3.2.3, the 3.2.x branch will be
"thawed" and accept all patches.

To date there are some 75 commits to be included in the 3.2.3 release.
