[Koha-translate] 3.6.2 Release Schedule Update

 > 3.6.2 will release on 22 Dec. 2011. This means that the 3.6.x branch will
 > enter a string freeze on 15 Dec. 2011. Translators then have until 20 
Dec. to
 > do their work. The Translation Manager has until 21 or early 22 Dec 
to finish
 > his work.

Reminder for translators working off-line and locally: It means for you 
that you
have to upload your files to Pootle before 15 Dec. 2011.
