[Koha-translate] Error when installing pt-PT translation

Ivo,

You need to replace all % s with %s. It solves your problem. During
translation some mistakes were done but I have tested it with version 3.2
and it worked.
Any way you can allways download finished translation available from
www.koha-community.org
If you need any help feel free to ask.
