[Koha-translate] Koha translated into Basque

Dear Frédéric,

Here you have the complete translation of koha opac into Basque... it is
the 3.06 file...

Just one warn, this is a specific translation for specific needs of one
customer, it is a really high quality translation, but some words have been
"forced" to match the specific installation of the customer

Tomorrow I wish to announce the translation, please wait until tuesday to
publish the file ;)

I will give you all the translator details in case you need it.. right?
