[Koha-translate] Ways to test our translation, and pref po files

yes I do this :

sudo env KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/koha-conf.xml PERL5LIB=/usr/share/koha/lib/
perl translate install ar-AR

because I'm using Ubuntu and  these is the paths in my pc .

any idea  ?
