[Koha-translate] Koha 3.8 Turkish Translation

As Süleyman Demirel University, we have been supporting to Turkish translation for some time. We had completed 100 % of KOHA 3.8 translations before. We have seen that 84 % of Turkish translations have been completed in Koha's new installed pottle server. T o whom could we mail the whole translation to be loaded into pottle server?
