Hi Zeno, 

the problem is related to a reoccurrence of bug 6895:

Frédéric wrote a patch that is waiting for sign-off now. 
The problem should be fixed until the next string freeze for 3.6.5. 

I just finished translating German and kept most translations with diacritics as they were - the strings didn't really change. The correct diacritics are still present in the translated strings. So I unchecked fuzzy and resubmitted. This should work for 3.6.4.
