[Koha-translate] Permissions on files for 3.8

Hi Zeno,

I think the problem might be in the settings for your user account. I suggest checking if the new 3.8 project is activated in your user's settings. 

My Account > Settings > Projects

I hope that will solve your problem.

in fact I find that on 3.8 I have the same permissions of 3.6.
The only difference is in
http://translate.koha-community.org/accounts/tajoli

I see tink for 3.2, 3.4, 3.6 and not for 3.8

It is strange but the effect is irrilevant.
