[Koha-translate] Slovak Translation

Hello Everyone,

Thanks to Koha Community and other supporters the complete Slovak
translation of Koha has been made available for versions 3.6, 3.8, and 3.10.

This could be of interest for any Slovak and eventually Czech library.
Translators of Slovak language are welcome to join the group for future
translations and proofreading.

I would be happy to answer any questions from Slovak or Czech community
about Koha in general or about the translation into Slovak in particular.
