[Koha-translate] Problem on file system permission

Hi Ruth and all,

I try to download all .po files for 3.12, italin interface.
The exacct link is: http://translate.koha-community.org/it/312/export/zip

But Pootle doesn't works.
I see:

An error has occurred. Thank you for your patience.

Error accessing
/var/www/Pootle/po/312/it/it-IT-i-opac-t-prog-v-3006000.po, Filesystem
sent error: Permission denied

The problem (Permission denied) is present only on this .po files:

../312/it/it-IT-i-opac-t-prog-v-3006000.po

I could download the others .po files.
