[Koha-translate] Pootle compatabile translation tool

I just gave a (tiny) try to weblate.
My main "problem" with this tool is that you must submit translations
one by one. transifex, OTOH, shows you 100 lines to translates, and you
submit all of them (or some) in one AJAX call.
The result is that is much faster to use for hours I think.

Translation Manager = do you have something to say about removing pootle
in favour of another tool ? What can be the next step ?
