[Koha-translate] Permissions problem

Hi,
we've finished translating koha 3.10 to Arabic, and we need to update the
files for the 3.12 from our work on 3.10  ,

we can't do this because of a  permissions problem please help .

Error accessing
/var/www/Pootle/po/310/ar/ar-Arab-i-staff-t-prog-v-3006000.po, Filesystem
sent error: Permission denied****

This is not about ar-Arab but also other languages in version 3.10 .
