[Koha-translate] Koha 3.8 portuguese translation

Hi there,

It's with pleasure that I anounce to everyone that the portugues
translations of 3.8 is now complete.
You can check the progress of the portuguese translations in this link:

My question now is the following:

The difference between 3.8 and 3.10 should be some strings, but the most
3.8 translations can be used in 3.10. There is any way to use 3.8
translation in the 3.10?

I'm admin of portuguese translations so maybe someone can tell me how to do
this.
