[Koha-translate] Arabic Koha 3.10 Files Export Error

Hello Koha Translation Team.

Happy New Year!

When we trying to export any of these two files

ar-Arab-i-opac-t-prog-v-3006000.po<http://translate.koha-community.org/ar/310/ar-Arab-i-opac-t-prog-v-3006000.po/translate/>
ar-Arab-i-staff-t-prog-v-3006000.po<http://translate.koha-community.org/ar/310/ar-Arab-i-staff-t-prog-v-3006000.po/translate/>

a message appears, saying: "Forbidden, You don't have permission to access
/export/310/ar/ar-Arab-i-opac-t-prog-v-3006000.po on this server."

We can export "ar-Arab-pref.po<http://translate.koha-community.org/ar/310/ar-Arab-pref.po/translate/>"
file fine. Also, I can export all files from any other
Koha including Arabic Koha 3.08. The problem is with exporting the opac and
staff PO files of Arabic Koha 3.10.

Others also faced the same problem, and like me, they are registered users
and contributors to the Arabic translation as well.
