[Koha-translate] Turkish Translate Koha 3.8 & 3.10

I couldn't connect with D Ruth Bavousett by e-mail. Who would help me about this subject?





We have completed Turkish translations of KOHA version 3.8 and KOHA version 3.10. We would be pleased if you would add these translations to “KOHA Pootle”. Also we would like you to add the names of colleagues who contributed to the translation team to the new KOHA version to be released.
