[Koha-translate] Translation for 3.12 (Ruth: we've got a problem)

I've got this fixed for all languages except Italian!  There's a strange
problem with Italian in 3.10--I can't seem to sync up the files, and thus
can't update them!  It's very strange.  I'll be working on that!
