[Koha-translate] Trouble with zh-Hans-TW

Make a little bit modification. It works fine.

$ cd /usr/share/koha/misc/translator/po
$ sudo rm zh-Hans-TW*
$ sudo wget http://translate.koha-community.org/download/zh_TW/312/zh-Hans-TW-i-opac-t-prog-v-3006000.po
$ sudo wget http://translate.koha-community.org/download/zh_TW/312/zh-Hans-TW-i-staff-t-prog-v-3006000.po
$ sudo wget http://translate.koha-community.org/download/zh_TW/312/zh-Hans-TW-opac-ccsr.po
$ sudo wget http://translate.koha-community.org/download/zh_TW/312/zh-Hans-TW-pref.po
