[Koha-translate] String freeze - Updated strings

Hi all,
we are in string freeze, there are updated strings
for Koha 3.16, 3.14 and 3.12

As always concentrate first on the last version (3.16),
and first of all fix errors (XMLtags and printf).

Later I can use 3.16 strings on 3.14 and 3.12,
as already done for Italian and Slovak :)
