[Koha-translate] Translation News: Koha manual + string freeze

Hi translators,
there are 2 new projects on translation server:

Koha 3.16 manual
Koha 3.14 manual

Current languages are those that were active at this moment.
If you want your language added, or plan to translate an older version
of the manual, just let me know.

You can find current english version and translations on different formats
at
http://translate.koha-community.org/manual/
All files will be updated periodically.

About string freeze for Koha 3.18, I think that could be around November
20th. On that day I will do a final string update.
Remember that you have until November 27th to finish translations
