In fact, I try to download PDF of Koha manual 3.18 in vain from
http://es.koha-community.org/manual/master/en/manual.pdf.

Whois say es.koha-community.org is at
Universidad Nacional de Cordoba, Argentina

Bernardo said he will check that server tomorrow.
