[Koha-translate] Translating fr-CA

Hi!
We have a full translation for 3.14 fr-CA, and would like to complete 
3.18 as well.
I've been told it was possible to upload the full .po files instead of 
retyping a few thousand entries into the web interface.

Could someone enlighten me on the exact process?
