[Koha-translate] Strings for Koha 3.20 - first batch

Viktor, good question. I'd like to have the big picture of how much work
needs to be done before answering.
The release is scheduled for the end of May, so my first idea would be to
let you translate the last week. If it doesn't seem enough, i'll consider a
shift. But first: how much time does it take to work on the new strings?
