[Koha-translate] Strings update

I have made it a little harder for Bernardo, as 16.11 and lower manual
uses DOCXML, and 17.05 on uses Sphinx
(Which in the long run is a lot easier to work with and a lot more
human readable)

So the translation process might have to be changed. I will try to
catch up with Bernardo in the next day or 2 and work out a plan
