[Koha-translate] Update on MARC21 frameworks

Hi again,
Bugs 24312 and 24328 have been pushed to master.
The later one introduces small (not strings) but relevant changes on
authorities frameworks.
Consequently the files have been updated in
https://translate.koha-community.org/files/ to reflect
those changes,
All languages are affected except for de-DE and fr-FR marc21.
