[Koha-translate] Translations of previousIssuesDefaultSortOrder and todaysIssuesDefaultSortOrder

Hi,

Bug 24456 in 20.05.00, 19.11.05, 19.05.10 fixed the incorrect behavior 
of preferences previousIssuesDefaultSortOrder and 
todaysIssuesDefaultSortOrder.

So look at translations in case they are incorrectly inverted.

"earliest" means first in time, most ancient.
"lastest" means last in time, most recent.

So pref value makes sens :
"ascending" = earliest to latest = growing time value

Maybe I'll patch to use text more easy to translate.
