[Koha-win32] Koha running on WinME

Hi all,

The Windows installer for Koha 1.2.2 worked smoothly on Windows ME
machine, with MySQL 3.23.53 and ActivePerl-5.6.1, but an older version of
Apache (1.3.24).

I had lot of problems with the Apache 2.0, which couldn't create child
process (in the logs) and gave internal server errors.  The older Apache
didn't give any problem at all.  I've tested all the modules to work
except the Z39.50 search client.
