[Koha-win32] Koha2pre2 running on Windows 95

Hello!

I just thought I'd write to inform people that Koha2 runs on Windows 95 - 
despite ActivePerl being supposedly limited to Windows 98 or newer.

It's amazing how far Koha has come in so little time.  Keep it up!
