[Koha-win32] Much Assistance Required for Setting-Up and Utilising Koha

Hi David,

I think you started at the wrong place... You don't need to use any
command line program to install Koha on Windows.

Please go to http://www.saas.nsw.edu.au/wiki/index.php?page=KohaOnWindows
for proper instruction and distribution.

I installed Koha on my Win2k Pro box by using Apache 1.3x.  But the Koha
installer on Windows looks for Apache2 directory in the Programs File.  So
I had created one dummy 'Apache2\conf' directory on 'C:\Program
Files\Apache Group' to get the httpd.conf file automatically created. 
Then I copied the httpd.conf to 'C:\Program Files\Apache
Group\Apache\Conf\' directory (or folder!).  It worked straightaway after
that (except, of course the Z39.50 client).
