[Koha-win32] Error 500 - help!

Hi Andrew:
Please give us a little more information. What version of Windows?  Does the
OPAC section of Koha run correctly? Are you logging in as koha / koha?

What version of Perl? Did all the Perl modules install correctly? I've seen
similar errors when a required Perl module was missing.

You should also be aware that if you have any need for MARC support, that
you should be testing with a version 2.0.0 prerelease install of Koha. The
latest pre5 release should be available for windows in the next couple days.
