[Koha-win32] Windows 98 Not Operating KOHA

Hi:

I am new to the systems admin world and needing assistance.  I have
installed Koha, MYSQL, APACHE, and PERLE.  However, the following
message appears in MYSQL:

MYODBC - Not Found
Driver Version
Driver C: Windows\SYSTEM\myodbc3.dll
APl Level
Set up C:\Windows\System\myodbc3.dll
SQL Level
3
Server 3.23.5NT
Client  3.23.58
0S Windows 98

Why does the MYODBC appear to be "Not Found"?  What am I doing wrong?

Why can't I access Koha from Programs under the Start button?
