[Koha-win32] koha on windows -- help

Hi.
It seems there should be a problem with my server configuration, since I can run koha on the testdrive on Koha website.

Do you have cookies enabled in your browser? Koha uses cookies to
store your login information. So it might be that its not allowed to
set them
