[Koha-win32] marc tag structure: changing default from dewey to lc

hello everyone --

this is a request to find out how to edit the default marc tag structure
to display the lc call number instead of dewey.  is this done by changing
the marc framework?

can the default marc framework be edited?  and if not, and i begin a new
framework, using the default as a springboard, how do i select which
tags/subfields i'd like to use (which would equal the information that
would show up in the catalog to my users, right?) and how do i deselect
any tags/subfields i don't want to show?)
