[Koha-win32] "help" and some "add" feature doesn't work

Hi, my name is Wahyu, and I'm new to Koha. 

 

I was just installing and running Koha 2.2.2 for two Windows OS, Windows XP
Prof. SP1 and Windows 2000 Prof. 

 

I use mysql-4.0.25-win32, apache_2.0.54-win32-x86-no_ssl, and
ActivePerl-5.8.7.813-MSWin32-x86-148120. 

 

At first, everything seems okay, but when I want to use the help feature,
there is a window popping up says there is some error on the page. 

 

Another problem is when I want to add new authorization and new biblio, it
doesn't work also. 

 

Is there anybody who can help me out?
