[Koha-win32] Addbiblo Help

I've add the stop words yet still I get the same result, I'm wondering If I can change something in the url called by the add biblio button so it will v\call the addbiblio.pl module without looking for an isbn value. 
 
the button url is http://intranet/cgi-bin/koha/accui.simple/addbiblio.pl?isbn= now I belive that this is the problem since the browser require a value or an object to send but there isn't any.
 
so if anyone has other suggestions please do tell
