[Koha-win32] Stop words did not fix add biblio error

Gerald:
You are probably having a problem because the blank data supplied with 
V2.2.3, does not have any Marc configuration loaded. I suggest you try 
version 2.2.4 that is available at http://koha.rwjr.com/  The data it 
loads is preconfigured for Marc21.
