Hi Bob,

I'm also experiencing the same thing. Maybe you can
try uninstall all the components and make a 'clean'
installation. From my experience testing Koha in
windows, many scripts will not functioning properly in
windows environment. I have resolve this problem by
installing Koha in Debian Test Box.
