[Koha-win32] need help

well
i am new  user 
but  i can't  ever  succesfully instal koha  
i am using  windows xp 
whn i am  install  koha
there  are  some modules that  can't  be installed like marc and  so on that appear at last stage of installation 
and  when i type   local host 
at first it appear as  WELCOME  TO KOHA
and  after  that it said it  is  error 500
can somebody  told me  what hapen
and  guide me to  run on koha
