[Koha-win32] Koha v2.2.7 Z39.50 Problem

Hello friends,
I'm trying to implement z3950 facilites in koha 227 on windows [I'm using
MySQL 4.0.26, Apache 2.0.59, Activestate PERL 5.8.8.819, YAZ 2.1.42 and
Perl modul programme R2 of Rob in Windows XP box]. I've included
yaz/bin/; mysql/bin/ and /usr/bin/ in path. Koha is running well and I
can connect z3950 servers through this comman sets [it works with
firewall on option also]:
yaz-client.exe
Z> open z3950.loc.gov:7090/Voyegar
It reports

But z3950 search from add biblio/add marc option from koha intranet is
giving nothing and reports error. The error log is as follows -

Are you behind a firewall or proxy? I'm not sure, but it seems like
you are making the initial connection to the loc server, but that
data coming back from the server is being blocked.
I am attaching a copy of my error log with the lines from a
successful query. I'm not sure why, but you'll get entries in your
intranet-error.log even for a successful query. When I compare my log
to yours, the first line that is different is the (receive data)
line. I think you are connecting and sending data, but not getting
anything back. Do you have any kind of personal firewall or other
security software that might be blocking the return data? Some of the
newer security software that blocks worms and trojans might think
that yaz is a bad boy.
I do have my Windows XP firewall turned on. The only exception is for
the Apache HTTP server. My Z39.50 query works with those settings.
