[Koha-win32] error etc

Hi,
I am a student at Deep Springs College trying to implement the Koha
software. I hit a roadblock, a common one it appears, and was seeking some
assistance. Hear is both the error message and the error log--I don't know
if either will be helpful:

Server error!

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your
request.

Error message:
Premature end of script headers: opac-main.pl

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.

Although I have looked around for resources, the Error appears to have a
number of possible sources, and I found no conclusive way to fix the
problem. I don't know where I should start, in regards to troubleshooting or
where I should direct my questions. Some advice/assistance on either front
would be appreciated.
