[Koha-win32] " you are accessing Koha from a difference ip address, please login again"

[Sangduen Pongput]

Dear All
   
  I try to use koha on windows but it show this message
  " you are accessing Koha from a difference ip address, please login again"
  it must login every time when i need to go to the other function of koha
  and on install it said "that missing ppm.bat"
   
  how to fix that problem
