[Koha-win32] Error 500: Premature end of script headers: addbiblio.pl

Hi all,
we are a University Library based in Italy (Milan) and we are trying to
develop a Koha 2.2.6 demo on Windows (XP).
Parameters system Preferences should be ok.
I have configured MARC structure (UNIMARC) 
MARC Check is ok
But when I try to Add Biblio-->Create Empty Biblio 
we have the following  500 Error message from Apache:

Premature end of script headers: addbiblio.pl  

and theese are the Apache error log lines:

I reviewed our settings again and again but I can't find what exactly the
problem is
I hope someone can help ...
