[Koha-win32] 500 Error message on upgrading to 2.2.6

I just upgraded Koha to 2.2.6 on Windows XP.  However, I encountered the following error message: Error 500 Internal server error.  see attached error log.
   
  I encountered the same error message while trying to access opac and intranet.
