[Koha-win32] Access to Opac denied: error 404

Tried to access OPAC, encountered error message 404
   
  Script not found: c:\usr\koha226\opac-cgi\mainpage.pl
   
  Anyone know why this is happening?  I have Koha just upgraded to v.2.2.6 on windows.  Intranet works fine.
