[Koha-win32] OPAC screen

I just upgraded koha to v.2.2.6 on windows.  Attached is the opac screen.  Note that some of the features available to 2.2.5 are missing:
   
  Member cardlog in (for member to log in to their account using their member ID#)
  After a book is retrieved, the option to Request a book, hold etc, vitual bookshelf...
   
  Were those features done away with in v.2.2.6?
