[Koha-win32] Can't login to patron acct from OPAC page

Hi Lee,

Could you please try with these 2 edited files instead:
http://www.nabble.com/file/p12077106/opac-user.pl opac-user.pl 
http://www.nabble.com/file/p12077106/opac-user.tmpl opac-user.tmpl 

Hopefully it works. I couldn't really test it as I'm still running v227 and
didn't want to overwrite my code with v228.
