[Koha-win32] Can't login to patron acct from OPAC page

Hi,

Is anybody else facing this problem besides Doris and sVikas?

Doris, does this happen to everyone that has borrowed a book? Could you try
creating a new borrower and try if the error pops up before and after
borrowing a book.

I don't encounter this problem even after running the v228 code.
I'm running:
Apache 2.0.59
ActiveState Perl 5.8.8.819
