[Koha-win32] Problem in Opening Koha

Hello friends,

I have been using Koha for more than four months now. But since last week or so I have been unable to open Koha, each time I try, it says that Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage.  This is happening while I am online. Is the Koha server working?
