[Koha-win32] Help for using Bulmarcimport

I am trying to migrate from an ms access database to Koha. I have converted
my collection of over 5000 books into marc21 format. I also followed the
instructions for the use of Bulkmarcimport. However getting the following
error. PLease can anybody tell mw how to resolve the issue. Am using the
Koha for win 2.2.7 R1 and all the recommended versions including the recent
perl patch.
