Hi Monica,

This should be an intranet firewall issue like you said.
I've encountered the exact same errors when our firewall was blocking the
z39.50 ports.
The common z39.50 ports #s are 7090 and 210.

John, Thank You so much for your help.  Here is the error log you suggested.
I have continued to look into the problem and I am tending to believe that
it is an intranet firewall issue, but please advise. Thank You again!
